WHO ARE CIPMA - HR MEMBERS

CIPMA-HR members are key executives, managers, supervisors, and related professionals responsible for a variety of human resources functions for federal, state, and local governments in the Tri-County area: San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

Time To Renew

Renew your CIPMA-HR membership. The mission of CIPMA-HR is to "optimize organizational and individual performance in the public service by providing human resource leadership, professional development, information, and services.

Annual dues are $5O if you are a current IPMA-HR National Member or $85 for non-IPMA-HR Members, ($5 discount given for early enrollment prior to March 31 each year. Or you may choose to pay for two years prior to March 31 and receive an additional $5 discount.)

The IPMA-HR annual membership cost is $145.00 or $100 for an online membership. Another option is an agency membership which is based on the number of staff e.g. for a staff of 1-3 the membership is $315/year or $630/year for 4 to 6 staff. The CIPMA-HR board members are optimistic as we progress into the next year that we will continue to provide our members with opportunities for professional development by attending informative luncheon presentations on current HR topics, networking with colleagues, and maximizing the benefits of being affiliated with IPMA-HR.
